Default Addicted to Lights

Hi, my name is bcjeep and I have a problem. I am addicted to lights. Especially flashing, blinking lights. Here's a video clip showing the flashing lights I have on my Jeep.

If you think the idea of strobe lights or emergency lights on a Jeep is silly, stupid, or pointless do yourself a favor and do not watch my video. The lights serve no practical purpose whatsoever. I can't use them on a public road, and I'm not a big show-off kind of person. I do it because they're fun to install and make a good show. When the zombie apocalypse arrives, maybe they'll be sensitive to strobing lights? I have my fingers crossed.

Nice Lights!
I want to install some ones in the headlights I had a couple questions.

Where did you mounted them in the headlights where they far from the bulb or towards the edges of the reflector?

Can you still see them with your headlights on?

Is it legal to put one in your tailights?

I thought having flashing blues and reds were illegal does that only apply to the front? I guess I could put them in the reverse lights.

Thanks

The bulbs in the headlights were mounted halfway between the bulb and edge of reflector. Seemed like the best place for them. ** Make sure you seal the hole with silicone or something to prevent water from getting inside your headlights.

They are a VERY bright strobe, and can be seen easily even with the headlights AND auxiliary lighting on.

I can't comment to the legality of the lights. It varies from city to city, province to province, country to country.. I do know for certain though that flashing red or blues is dangerous. You're asking for a ticket.

The lights I have in the back are clear strobes, yet they are in my brake lights so appear red I guess. I obviously don't use these on public streets, that wouldn't be smart. I tried to fit the bulb behind the reverse section but it was too small.

Thank you for the reply! Was it difficult removing the headlight assembly? I remember when I installed my bulbs it was a PITA because of the limited room.
