Adding Another 12V Outlet in Dash 2011+
I don't have power mirrors on my 2012 so in the dash I have one 12v outlet and one clip thing(?)
I would like to add another 12v outlet where the clip is. Has anyone done this?
I have seen that on the 2011+ with power mirrors, the 12v outlet is on the passenger side so I wonder if it comes prewired and all I have to get is another outlet and cap.

I wired in an extra socket and tie wrapped it behind the glovebox. That way I can run my phone/GPS charge wire up through the gap between windshield and dash.
looks clean, no wires dangling, and I still have the original outlet in the dash.
