Adding Fog Lights and controlling from stock switch. How to?

Wire them up with a relay. Search google for how to properly install a relay. The power coming from your fog light harness (at the bumper) can be the 'switched power' lead on your relay.
Best of luck!

If you get lights with a wiring harness follow instructions but instead of using a switch use the Fog Light wire. I think it's the white one. I just tested it using a test light. It was surprisingly easy. You must use a relay. Good luck.

Darkknight- stock fogs use a + signal to turn on the lights and you're directing him to use a diagram that would then have no ground at all on the relay.
Double check the diagram before using it.

Use the white wire going to your stock fog lights which will act as the switch for the relay. The relay will need continuous power and a ground as well. Then coming off the relay you will have two legs thats will tie in the wires for your new lights. I did this when replacing my stock fogs with the 3 inch Pilot fogs.

I added fog lights because my jk didnt come with them all i did was hook them up to a relay with the trigger wire tapping into the parking lights....so wenever u put the parking or headlights on the fogs go on. End of story simple and no extra switches in the interior
