Default Adding switches to 2012 OEM rubicon dif lock panel?

Howdy,
Anybody have any experience with adding switches to the stock switch panel on the left side of the steering wheel. The pod with the dif lock & sway bar. There is quite a bit of room on the right side of the panel. Is there anything behind there (like in the center switch panel) that would stop me for drilling and mounting to rockers?

That panel is a basically a computer chip hooked to the computer can bus. No way to add switches in there.

Pre 12's are the same. You could remove the all and add switches or daystar made a replacement switch panel for the space under the factory panel.

I just did this for my rigid lights. I put a switch to the far right of the panel. There is room for one, possibly a second switch. Gets tight about 2/3 from the left. There is a circuit board for the sway bar and diff locks. I would post a pic, but the parse error persists with iPad.
