Has anyone put in aftermarket tweeters inside the factory tweeter pods?

Does anyone know if any aftermarket tweets will fit?

I put a set of focals in there, but I had to use a utiliy knife to increase the diameter. They fit perfect and very tight simply pushed in.

Which JL Audio series did you use? (TR, VR, XR, ZR) How did the sound turn out?

Also, which coaxials did you put in the soundbar & how was the install? (almost all normal speakers have 4 tabs...Jeep has 3)

I installed some Rainbow Germanium CAL25 tweets this weekend. Had to shave the hole opening of the pods down with a Dremel + sanding drum bit to accomodate the larger tweeters.

Welcome to the board crazedcat, and looks sweet! I'm glad to see some good results on this...as I will do this at some point or another I'm sure.
