Air conditioning staying on !!!! Please help

Air conditioning staying on !!!! Please help
hey guys, i have a 2011 jk wrangler and air con stays on all the time , switch ac switch on and off works, if switch is off ac compressor is still powered from tipm module wire Lbu/yl, if i disconnect hvac module im still getting an earth input from the powertain module on pin 6 of tipm module, i cant find what inputs powertain module for ac ??
has anyone had this issue before ?
I GET P0645 ONLY WHEN ENGINE IS RUNNING- BUT HOW CAN IT BE OPEN WHEN CLUTCH COIL IS POWERED ?
I HAVE TRIED ANOTHER TIPM MODULE ALSO WITH NO LUCK
DISCONNECTED EVERY SENSOR AND PCM
has anyone had this issue before ?

swapped pcm and done pcm repl with 4 digit security code
hi guys , so now i have changed pcm and done a pcm repl and entered security code and it takes it, now i have abs and airbag fuel gauge not reading and mismatch codes... i have written the correct vin number of vehicle into second hand pcm and i still get all these codes , this car has been such a pain.
