Alpine INE W960
Anyone running the Alpine INE W960 head unit? I had one professionally installed. The USB wouldn't work. They told me it was a hardware issue, so I returned it and had a new head unit sent to me. 2nd head unit installed, same problem. USB will not acknowledge when plugged in. Crutchfield tells me that particular Alpine unit is not compatible with the IPhone 6plus. I called Alpine directly and they tell me that is not true..
so my question is, what am I missing to get this radio to work??
