Default Amp mounting

So question, where do you guys mount your amps? I am worried about my offroading activities getting water onto the floor boards. If I mount them under the seat they may get water damage and short out. But I do want them hidden/concealed. Ideas?

Under the dash in the factory amp location. I fit two Rockford Fosgate PBX300's there. Click image for larger version

Under the seat. Just use some pipe nipples and longer bolts to raise the amp up off of the floor.

I built an aluminum frame for a kicker zx350.4 and mounted it under passenger glove box. Out of weather and hard to see even inside.
