Android Car Stereo?
I want to install a Android GPS Navigation Car stereo in my car. Has anyone ever installed? How about the Android car stereo?

I was running a quad core Android based head unit in my JK for about 2-3 weeks. There were things I loved and things I hated about it.

Pros:
Better mapping options than are available on most head units.
Nearly unlimited storage for media.
Can play back many video file formats.
Can run Torque or Dash Command engine monitoring software when paired with an ELM adapter.
Internet on your dash.
Cons:
Poor audio quality from the RCA audio output jacks on the rear.
Spotty steering wheel control integration.
Most music playback programs are not designed to be used while driving.
No satellite radio options other than streaming.
My specific unit developed a rather annoying audio open problem (a hissing) on the RCA audio outputs on the back that connected to my amp. I also got tired of the steering wheel controls being flaky as most software apps on Android are not really designed to be used while in motion. I did LOVE Torque on it though and having digital gauges on the dash was a definite bling factor. But in the end I decided to ditch it in favor of a Pioneer AVIC-7100NEX head unit. The audio quality was vastly superior, steering wheel controls are bulletproof, and it supports satellite radio.
