I installed hella vision plus and the kc h4 conversion pigtails. The bulb on the passenger side went out and I pulled the bulb, it was fine. Installed +30 bulbs on both sides about a month ago. The passenger side went night night again tonight. The bulb is fine, again. Not sure what's up. Driver side has been fine. Any ideas?

 

That's what my hids did, I would have thought that was only an hid problem.... Ur hellas are halogen right? Maybe a bad conversion harness? Just a thought. And did u try to switch ur driver and passenger lamps to see if the problem goes to the other side? If it does u know its that physical lamp that's bad

I installed the highest capacity halogen in my Volvo and the heat from the draw literally melted my wire harnesses. Check your wires, make sure there is no damage.

 

Going to dig in there on Wednesday and check the harness and then flip flop the lights. I will post an update as soon as I am done. Thanks for the info!
