Another uconnect issue!
When using the uconnect feature on my 2011 rubicon, my phone connects but uconnect does not recognize any voice commands. If I have an incomming call, I can hear the person through the speakers but they can't hear me at all. I checked the mic and visually it seems ok (wires still connected to it!)
Before I waste time with the dealer I figured I'd see if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks

My phone worked with it when I first got the Jeep. Only have 1400 miles on it now. It has not worked for two weeks. I had 2 incomming calls this morning, it worked on fine on the 1st call but not on the second call 15 min later.
I already ruled out the "Mute" button Enzo. (I was actually relieved it wasn't that because the wife never would have let me live that down!)
Someone told me Jeep designed uconnect not to work when the top is down because of the wind noise. Does anyone know if this is true? if so where is the "sensor" located that would let it know the tops down so I could check it?
Thanks again for all the help.
