Default Anyone help ?? Wipers quit working

Ok I tried post that seems to have gotten lost.
Here's the problem there was a bit of ice at base of the wipers my kid turned them on the moved and inch. They won't do anything.
Here's what I tried checked all fuses under the hood. None blown.
I replaced the motor
The washer still works and the rear is still functioning normally which leads me to believe the switch is ok. Linkage is moving smooth.
Is there another module somewhere?
I also moved around the silver modules in the fuse box they didn't make a difference.
Now there are a couple that are different sizes and not able to be switched. Nothing else in the jeep is malfunctioning.
I did try the battery disconnect too that didn't help.
Any HELP or suggestions
