The lights that can blind others are the drop in bulbs that are put in the stock housings.

They look amazingly like the morimoto sealed7 that the retrofit source is selling for $280 plus options.

Since I have this kit, I was thinking the same thing. Buy the mopar specific harness, bulbs and ballast and anyone could assemble this. I have $190 bulbs, morimoto ballasts and their harness so I'm probably close to $600, but it was an easy install and it looks the way I want it to. If something messes up, I know how it all went together.

Yes I believe this is the same kit, I didn't trust my self enough to mount the components and seal the lights. That's why I went with the option I did. Plus I added some other options, demon eyes, halos etc...
