No need to go to the dealer.

The “Automatic Door Locks” feature can be enabled or disabled as follows:
1. Close all doors and place the key in the ignition.
2. Cycle the ignition switch between LOCK and ON and then back to LOCK four times ending up in the LOCK position.
3. Depress the power door LOCK switch to lock the doors.
4. A single chime will indicate the completion of the programming.
5. Repeat these steps if you want to return this feature to its previous setting.

That'll cure things.. all the best Dave.

If you want to disable, step three is the same?

Any idea how to enable the sound horn on lock feature? I've tried what the manual says numerous times and it just doesn't seem to work.

I don't think you know how lucky you are that your horn doesn't honk when you lock the doors. I hate life becuase of it and I can't turn it off.
