Default Bad blue tooth connection ?

I have a 2013 jeep wrangler limited. When I make calls or get calls the prompts are loud and clear on speaker but can hardly hear the person on the other end. I have to turn the volume all the way up. If I leave it turned up the prompts will blast my eardrums out the next time I get a call. Any Ideas what it could be and is there anything I can do to correct this. Thanks

Check the call volume on your phone while in a bluetooth call.

I did what you said to do and it worked. I didn't know you could set your Bluetooth volume, when you're using your phone. I don't know how it was turned down,
but I want to thank you very much for taking the time to help me.

Your welcome, glad it was that easy a fix.
