Default battery question for winch lights and compressor

I have no idea what im doing with electrical stuff
but i want to run a recon 10500lb winch than recommends 650CCA for winching, a small ARB air compressor and some KC lights

Recon Accessories: Part # 264100PPW - 10,500LB Pro Performance Series Winch
ARB Air Compressor for Air Locker & Tire Inflation (CKMA12)

can the stock battery handle this?

Not all at one time, I am running a warn winch and just put on HID's, so far OK, but plan to upgrade when i add on the air.

With good power management technics - Yes.
