Default Blinker/Running lights issue

Hi guys, quick issue - hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

first - all rear lights work as they should

when I rotate to turn my lights on the headlights work, and so do the high beams, but the running lights in the front (just the blinkers) do not turn on. The lights on the fenders do.

when the headlights are on the blinkers do not work.

when the lights are turned off both front blinkers work.

I checked the fuses I think it was M17 and M22 (off the top of my head) they were good.

Also my keyless entry does not work. I did unplug that fuse and plugged it back in to no avail.

everything else works

Disconnect the battery negative cable for a few minutes. Hook it back up and see of that makes a difference.

Strange electric light behavior is usually a symptom of a bad ground.
Check the front running/blinker lights for continuity to ground. If no continuity, the easiest solution is to run a new ground to a point on the body close to each light fixture.
