You wired +12v and the +12v (the red one) switched ignition all to constant power.
The +12v ignition wire, needs to be hooked up to something that only has +12v when the key is on, otherwise the radio will always have power.
After a quick look at pac's website, you should be able to use the red wire on the 11 pin CAN-BUS harness, otherwise, you can use the +12v side of the 12v/cig lighter port on the dash below the radio. (At least in 2011's it's only powered when the key is on)
