Default Computer Reset/Light issues/Gremlins

Yesterday, I go out to crank my Jeep up, and doesn't start. I get dash lights, saying, computer failure. Un-hooked the positive terminal, waited a few minutes, re-connected the terminal, then it started up fine.

Then I went to a buddy's shop and we re-placed my fog lights on my LOD bumper. The new bulbs were 55W, and we couldn't get one of the bulbs to come on, so we put a lower wattage bulb on. Both lights started working. So what we gathered, is that the computer is smarter than me, and decided the lights were drawing too much power and did a smart shut off on the lights. We didn't run a relay, just used the stock wires to the new fog lights. I believe I read that the stock fog lights are 42W, so does this mean that the computer realizes that my wattage is higher, and does an automatic shut off of the lights?

Later last night, I got home, turned off my Jeep, and walked inside. I came back out 10 minutes later and my radio was blaring with the Jeep off. WTF?

Any advise on the computer issues or radio still blaring after the Jeep was off?

Thanks.

This is a fairly well known issue. As for the rest?
