So I'm hooking up a 4 way wiring harness with a 7 point adapter for my pop up camper. Do I need to tie into separate brake lights on the rear to get left and right signal or is it possible just to tie into one side. The Guy at parts store said I have to tie left with left side and right with right, brake light doesn't matter...is this true 09 4dr Sahara. And Wich wires are left signal and brake light color?

these should get you there and yes you only need to tie into one brake light line.
