Default Connectors on side of dash???

When I was doing a radio/ speaker install and had the dash apart on my 2011 unlimited sport I noticed an unused connector on the side of my dash near the firewall holes, does anyone know what they are for? I was wondering if they are for windshield mount lights or something?

Is it on the drivers side and does it go up the A-pillar? If so, it might be for the uconnect microphone.

I believe I know the connector you Are referencing... I believe it is for steering wheel connection to radio for uconnect. My guess is you have a hu w connect phone buttons but no uconnect installed (like me).

Here is the pic of the connector. The red/blk wire is just the wire from the new tweets. There is one of these on each side and it looks like whatever plugs into them comes through the firewall. That is why I was thinking maybe the mopar windshield lights?

I noticed that today when I was putting in the bezel for my switches. I didn't know there was one on the other side as well. I still have a lot of wiring to do on my JK when my scanner/cb/switches come. I'll take my equipment and start probing and see if maybe I can figure out what it is.

Default Mystery connector

So I got my CB and antenna installed. While I was in there I took my multimeter to the pins in this pigtail. I didn't get any voltage on any pins. As I write this I realize I was busy and did it on the fly... which means I didn't try probing with the ign on... lights on etc... I'm sure when I see the thing again I'll dig a little deeper.
