Last night I was driving home, going about 50mph, and all of my dashboard lights turned on and stayed on for a second or two. Has this happened to anyone else? What caused this?

 

I have it happen to me a couple of times. Dont know what has caused it and when I asked the dealership about it, they had no clue either.

 

is it just the instrument cluster, or the heater/air gauges as well?

 

Hi my JK had lights flash and then complete electrical shut down, i had to put in neutral and restart, after that it was OK. Anyone know what this is?

 

I had a similar problem a few months ago that when I hit a bump my warning lights (traction control, CEL, etc.). We finally found that there is a set of ground wires all grounding to one small 10mm bolt on the inside of the drivers side inner fender just below where the hood closes on top of it. This was loose. After tightening it all problems went away.
