Default Daystar rockers

Installed some flush mount dually's in my rear bumper and finally got my windshield lightbar mounted yesterday. Today I'm going to try and tackle the wiring if it's not too cold out.

I ordered the daystar a pillar switch panel and two rockers. I was wondering if someone could tell me why the hookups are different on the rockers.

If the switch with the 4 terminals is a single lighted switch that would mean the light in the switch is independently wired:

Terminal 8 would be the positive terminal for the light in the switch

Terminal 7 would be the ground

If it is a single lighted switch you would need to add a jumper from terminal 3 to terminal 8 to get the light in the switch to turn on when you turned on the switch.

If the switch has two lights installed:

Terminal 8 would be the positive terminal for the upper light

Terminal 7 would be a common ground for both lights in the switch.
