Default DC Subsystem Install/Upgrades

Made a few additions to the electrical system. Already had the Genesis dual battery system & dual Odyssey Group 34M PC1500 batteries, and the Daystar lower dash panel. A few of the relay and fuse slots have been used, but we have capacity for 13 more fused relays and 10 more fused devices. Next up is a solar panel and solar charge controller.

1. Cooper Bussman 15303 fuse/relay boxes. Two beneath the hood on the driver side, and one in the passenger side cargo area.
2. Noco Genius GenM2 dual bank battery charger with fender-mount AC receptacle.
3. Blue Sea 5196 3-post common source MRBF fuse block
4. Blue Sea 2151 2 post MRBF terminal block
5. BEP marine 3-terminal DC buss bar under the passenger seat.
6. Upgraded all switches to Contura XIV
7. Rugged Ridge A-pillar switch pod. One swith controls power to the winch, the other manually disconnects the smart isolator so I can charge the batteries independently with the onboard charge controller.
8. PAC-500 500A constant-duty solenoid to disconnect/connect the winch
9. "Big 4" upgrade. But in reality we have 30+ DC bond/ground points throughout the Jeep, so it's a huge mesh ground at this point. Nice for reducing QRM on the ham bands.
10. Custom bracket. Literally made it with some sheet metal, welding machine, angle grinder, dremel, and a hole saw. It's a bit rough, but it works.
11. #1/0AWG and 2AWG cables to connect the main components together.

All wire is rated to 125C (e.g. SGX), lined with Techflex insultherm, and protected with adhesive-lined heat shrink at the ends. I'm probably forgetting a few things.

Jebus girl! That's one hell of a setup on top of what you already had!
