Default differences in light brackets?

I am curious. What are the differences in the windshield mount light brackets?? Kc has one for like $40 but the mopar one Is over 100. I see a lot of ppl running the mopar one so there must be some difference right?

Look at where the mounting tab for the light sits in relationship to the windshield bolts on the Jeep...that will get you an idea as to whether the light will sit "down and out" or "up and in."

Some brackets have the tab above both windshield bolts while others are below and off to the side. I think there is at least one where the tab sits in between the windshield bolts (the Delta brackets).

Also, if you run a snorkel (or plan on doing so in the future), pay attention to what type of light bracket you get as I don't believe all are compatible with snorkels.
