i drilled holes for strobe lights (for work) and i forgot to drill with the hole facing down so i fill the lights with dust which sticks to everything..need to clean reflector and inside lens or buy new ones.

OP, I am sure this has been done in the past because our headlights aren't any different than what most 7" universal seal beam headlights that others vehicles have. I have seen a few guys take it apart as they installed HID projectors kits. I can't remember the thread title but I am sure a quick search will yield some results. Good luck....

Default How it's done...

This is how I do any plastic sealed-beams... BMW M3's, Mitsubishi 3000GT's and Mustangs:

Preheat oven to 425

Place light in center rack

Remove after 8 minutes

Pry it appart

I saw a thread on here about a week ago that had a light ring that could be sandwiched between the relector and the lens and if I remember right it said to heat them to 200 degrees.

Default more than 100 I hope

I've done this before on other lights, as previous posters have mentioned they have, and my temp/time formula was about 200-250 degrees for 10 minutes and the lenses easily came off of the housings. any way you look at it I sure hope that you need to heat them above 100 degrees because it's 105 outside right now and I certainly don't want my lenses coming off easily right now!
