Default Driver side door electrical issues

Took doors off, when hung back the window won’t roll back up. Also, The door lock still works if I use the key remote to lock it, but the switch on the door doesn’t work.

what wires should I investigate first?

What year do you have? I hate the connectors on my '13. The '14+ was sure an improvement. I had problem with a single pin on my harness one time. Not saying it's an actual pin issue, but might look at this old thread if you have a '13 or older.

Anytime the door opened, it stretched the wiring loom just enough to pull that pin back out every time I thought I had it fixed.

It's a 2013 JKUR, Sorry I left that critical piece off. The connectors on the 2013 suck.

yup. in '14 they went to connectors you can do with 1 hand. smh. I'd look closely at the pins in the harness and see if you notice one kinda backing out just a bit. You see in my pictures from that link, it's one of the pins in the corners.

I just noticed one of the pins is pushed all the way back in the connector from the Jeep. Probably the problem! Any tips on how to disassemble the connector and superglue the pin back in place?

Yup, this sounds exactly what I had happen. Also, if you notice when it's plugged in.....when you open that door that whole wire loom stretches a bit, and on mine that particular wire would pull back just a bit. I believe I finally just super glued that sucker in place. Get a little screwdriver and pop that white cover off the harness and you can get a little better access to glue it in there and then pop the cover back on.
