Default DRL module

I'm planning on getting new headlights from Daniel Stern and asked Him about DRL using the parking light feature of the cibie h4 headlights.. He said not good option and to go with a DRL module that hooks to the front turns, keeps the front turn signals on in the bright mode, not the dim parking light mode, so there is no headlight on confusion when dusk/night comes. Sounds like a good option.. I was also thinking about those h4 lights that the street-rodders use, also in the cool lights thread, with the led parking light, and using that light. After my head on crash with the old lady I really want DRL lights,, had them on many trucks before and don't know why Chrysler blocked the programming on the 08's so they cant be turned on..
Any opinions??
