Went to start up the jeep this morning and it started and runs great. Only problem I have is no dash lights and the windshield wipers stay on all the time. Checked it with my diablo and no codes.

 

I had a "similar" issue and it turned out to be a TIPM problem.

 

Glad you figured it out. I don't have that TIPM on my jeep.

 

Do you have any dash function at all? Mileage, speedo? Which setting are the wipers going at? Interval, slow or fast?

 

No dash lights at all and wipers are normal speed.

 

All JK's have a TIPM, Total Integrated Power Management system. It's the big black box in front of your battery that houses fuses, but does much more than act as a fuse box.

Adding a note to this thread in case someone else finds it.

When your windshield wipers stay on and headlights on, that is because you blew something in the fuse box / TIPM, and your Jeep will automatically goto these settings for a "worst case scenario" situation. That scenario being that you are driving in the rain, at night. Anytime the wipers and lights go on, it can usually be tracked back to the fuse box / tipm.
