Default Electrical Problems 2008 Jeep JKU

I bought a 2008 JKU and the head lights,blinkers and wipers don't work.I tried a TIPM off of a crashed jeep we have nothing changed.I replaced multi-function switch, nothing changed.Any help?

What's the condition on the battery? Did you verify your grounds are clean and complete? Unfortunately that TIPM usually solves the issues so you'll have to dig deeper than the easy things.

I checked and cleaned all the ground I could find, 12.8 volts.

Do you know the age on the battery though, or do you have a new, known good battery? They're finicky with batteries is what I'm driving at here.

I don't think it is the battery, good voltage and it cranks fine.
