I own a 2013 sahara and winters here!!! I found the puple wire with blue. Snipped and toggles and i got nothing.... I even cut another purple in hopes and still nothing. I read someone with a 2014 took the whole console out but many others took out the driver side panel.
Please anyone i really want this done but i dont know what im doing wrong....

I remember there are two purple/light blue wires that look the same, only the light blue on one is straight and the other twists. Might go over this again. There are a few threads here with details and pics to help you pin point what went wrong.

Ive been through all of them. I think to make life easy i may just take the center console out... Dang :(

 

After looking through the linked thread it was much easier then i though the pictures helped pin point and it works great!!!!
