Failed Remote Start, Check Engine Light
Hello everyone,
I just got a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon about a month or so ago. This morning, I went to remote start the Jeep and it failed. When I started it up, I had a check engine light on (yellow, no flashing). I think I had my windshield wipers on from where it was raining last night, and possibly that caused the remote start to fail and have the ECU send an error? I am hopefully going to check the code when I get off from work today but I was just curious if anyone else has ever had this issue. I believe that the remote start is factory btw, and I’ve already checked the gas cap to make sure that is on tight.
