Sounds like your WCM and/ SCREEM are failing. Since you are experiencing alarm/wireless controll module problems. This would also have given you the click and no start like a dead battery.

Ok checked fuses under the hood any one know what relay it is to lock and unlock the doors.I can hear it click but don't know which one.
