Default Flasher relay for LED turn signal

I can't seem to find the flasher relay for the turn signals, I would like to replace the lights with LEDS and don't want to use a resistor. I've looked in the fuse box under the hood.

There is no flasher relay. The directional lights are computer driven. The sound you hear is an electromechanical device whose only function is to make the blinkers sound like they have for decades.
