I got a new 3875 FP for my 08 JK-X & am waiting on a engineer to send me a map/update before I can use it.Anyone else have problems with their programmer?

got mine the 10th and still can't use it. also waiting for a file to download. i really want this product to work, and having good faith in sc to correct the issue. then again, i will not be stuck with a $300 paperweight. in my case, if this is not corrected by next weekend, i will be shipping said product back for a refund.

 

I talked to SuperChips yesterday.They said I should have a update soon.I'm out of town this week,so we'll see.Regards,Tom

 

I was going to pick mine up tomorrow, but I guess I'll wait until next week. It just bugs the crap out of me when I buy something and can't use it right away. I'll keep checking this thread to see when you give the green light.

 

Well I have the same issue. Got mine yesterday and got the vehicle not supported error. Now I wait for an update...

 

Got mine last week and have been using it. Did kill my battery once. I was doing a bunch of other stuff before that ran it down.

 

Well an hour after I emailed Superchips I had a reply that an update was available! Sure enough it loaded and installed easily. I uploaded the 93 performance tune and played around with a few of the options before I had to leave for work. The only driving I was able to do was about 1 1/4 miles in Seoul traffic. No idea on any SOP gains. Maybe this evening....

had a session with ron this morning. took one more read. hopefully i will have a update in the morning. i really want to use this!! we thought it was my firewall on my pc, but it was not.
