FlashPaq issues?
Thanks Scott.I like the added power & the sluggish trans/converter hook up after installing larger tires is eliminated with the FlashPaq.Regards,Tom
Scott,
I just PM'ed you about this, but I thought I would send it to the group as well. After I put my lift on, I simply could not (don't get me started) get the ESP to stop mis-firing around corners. Yes, before you ask, I went through ALL steps and recommendations with no luck. So, I went through the TSB (posted on this forum somewhere) to turn off the ESP completely. Well, the dealership did it, but they charged me 150 bucks to do it (if you can believe it, they actually had to call chrysler for support to get it working). So, I have a disabled ESP.
Is the flash going to 'interrupt' or kill my programming of that? I noticed in the instructions that there is a 'return to factory' and a 'return to factory with options'. I'm hoping that the second choice could go back to my current settings and retain the ESP 'turn off' program.
Thoughts?
Once I get this going, I'll post my experience for everyone as well.
Thanks!
Scott

Scott,
I've gone ahead and plugged it back into the laptop and uploaded the vehicle data to you guys. So, the ball is in your court now. Do I also need to call the 800 number as well?
Thanks!

I am checking with the engineer about this.
If this TSB includes a reflash then I would assume that we could build a file for it to where you can retain the option.
I will confirm that with the engineer and get back to you promptly.
