Angry Fog light

I replaced my OEM front bumper- Body Armor 19531. Here it is: http://www.quadratec.com/products/12028_3100_07.htm

Anyway, the stock fog lights no longer fit (bastard OEMs lol). So I bought PIAA 520s which are 85W. Now the issue is that OEM is 55W. I have researched some and have found three possible solutions but I know my limits when it has Here they are:
!
1. Just run the 85W relay off the OEM wiring before it reaches the 55W junction. That would be awesome becuase I could get a set of 55 W to set above the winch. If possible, then ALL the lights would come on using THE OEM switch for the fog lights!!!

2. Splice wires (before relay?). Those lights would run off the OEM witch. Drawback- Later lights would require aftermarket switches.

3. Final solutioh. Replace all wiring including harness and relay. There are no advantages to this.

Anyway, please take into my account my ignorance so I am mainly interested in whether or not the first two are possible. If they are, then are my conclusions are close to true

This will work. If this is what you want.

2. Splice wires (before relay?). Those lights would run off the OEM witch. Drawback- Later lights would require aftermarket switches.
"Drawback" - This won't work. You can not run bigger lights on the OEM circuit. Nor can you add additional lights to the OEM circuit. The electronics in the Jeep will not let the circuit function.

3. Final solutioh. Replace all wiring including harness and relay. There are no advantages to this.
Exactly, "No advantage". And I can't see where you are realy headed hear.
Just use the factory harness to trigger the new relay. And use the harness that came with your new lights.
