Default Fog lights

I have an 09 rubicon and I would like to have my fog lights stay on when I switch my headlights to high beam...does anyone have a quick & easy fix, or do I need to start reading the schematics?
Any help would be appreciated

This is how I did it. You may not consider quick and easy, but safe on the PCM.

Your local dealer should be able to utilize the StarScan tool to activate this feature on most any JK's, I believe they change it to an export setting vs the USDM settings currently in the PCM.

The JKs in Canada will do what the OP wants?

I doubt a US dealer will set up a US JK to the export settings.
Federal regs here say the fogs and hi-beams can't be on at the same time.

An owner could probably get away with it if he had a programmer. It would be illegal for a dealer to do it.

My dealer wouldn't even turn on the DRL feature, and that would NOT be illegal. They wouldn't do it because Chrysler says it is an Export feature.
