Default Fuel Kill Switch

I want to install a fuel kill switch for anti-theft protection. I want to use a remote type switch that I can hide anywhere. I found this online. I've done very little with electrical. I have looked for write-ups on this type of switch, but haven't found any. Will this switch work?

Thanks.

It works when you pull the fuse for the fuel pump out of the underhood fuse box. The motor cranks, but no start. I don't see why you could not wire a switch in series with that fuse.

I'm probably missing something, so my apologies in advance.

How does this augment the SentryKey system that's on the JK's? My understanding is that the system is tied to the ECU once installed? Is it getting bypassed easilyt?
