Since the fuse you are talking about is for the following:
M37
10 Amp Red
Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) , Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Stop Lamp Switch (STP LP SW), Fuel Pump Rly Hi Control,
I would look into all the above components for a short. You say the fuse only blows when you are moving, it would seem the fuel pump could be rulled out as it is working any time the engine is running. It could be something as simple as the stop light switch. You could rule it out by simply sitting still and hit your brakes a few times to see if the fuse blows. If not you could rule that out.
Good luck finding the problem. BTW this is most likely the reason you are showing those codes after the fuse blows.

Thanks Lorrel,

I pumped the brakes to try and recreate it earlier, no go. I figured most of the codes were from the aftermath of the fuse. going to pull J6 tomorrow and see if that will remedy the fuse blowing and can narrow it down to the ABS or ESP

Pulled J6, ran for ten miles before it blew m37. 10x longer than it would run before.
