As some of you might have noticed, I like my gauges and gadgets.
One dilemma of placing small instruments is how to attach them. I've recently discovered the joys of 3M Dual Lock. The black low profile version (SJ4575) is particularly good for this kind of application. It's expensive but any instruments attached using this method are easily removed again, unlike double sided tape. It's also much stronger and much neater than velcro. This stuff also allows you to utilise your hardtop to attach gauges and if you need to remove the hardtop the instruments can just be pulled off first. Just a heads-up.
