Default Going back to stock

I have a sound system in The Jeep that came with it when I bought it a few years ago. I have come to find that the positive and negative wires for the right (passenger) speaker degrades and severed the connection to the amp which I turns takes my sub and cuts half the power to it. I’m over it trying to constantly fix it and want to go back to stock. Any ideas of what needs to go and replaced to make that happen?
