Hi
If you bought the IPF light kit from Northridge and its less than a year old, call ARB USA and ask for the Tech department and tell them your problem, at which time they will assign a RGA #, (for returns), What you have to do is send either the burnt bulb or both bulbs for them to check and if in fact one or both are burnt they will replace them for free, since you are not too fond of the bluish light, ask them if they can replace them with the white bulbs.
I did that yesterday and I am waiting for my new bulbs.
Hope this helps, in the meantime get yourself some cheap set of H4 lights at parts store.
If you do not want to go through the hassle just get the Silverstar Ultras H4 and enjoy.

Right now one of the best H4 bulbs you can get the is the German made Philips Xtreme Power 9003/H4/HB2 60/55w. They come in a two pack for about $40.00.

The only downside to these bulbs is that they will probably burn out a little quicker that either the stock H13 bulbs or the H4 bulbs you got with the IPF lights, but they don't have a blue tint to them and the light output is fantastic.

I have been using Osram 75/60's for the last year and just now had a low beam burn out. They produce a nice white light and are very bright. They offer a 60/55 night breaker bulb that is well reviewed.

Maybe you've checked, but are you sure it's the bulb? Mine went out and it wound up being the connector - it had worked itself loose and gotten a little wet.
