Default Headlight Question

I'm getting ready to order the H4 conversion kit from w ww.rallylights.com (SM6024J). Is there a consensus on the bulbs I should go with when I order the kit? I'm looking for the brightest, whitest, light I can get.

Out of all the bulbs the brighest you will find is the Osram Rallye 70/65. But really the biggest improvement you can make is a better housing. Look into the Cibie Z beams, IPF or Delta housings.

Take a look at the IPF H4 Headlight Conversion Kit.

X2. I just installed these and wow what an improvement. Way better and brighter light pattern and a much whiter light with a hint of blue. Makes the factory fogs look yellow. Highly recommended.

Go with the Rallylights kit. It has a harness to provide higher voltage power from the battery vice the CANBUS. The harness is a big part of the improvement because the power source.
I used the Hella 100/80 bulbs. They are fantastic. I ordered them from Amazon for about $6 each. Very good price.

The Hella is E-coded. I believe any bulb over 60 or 65 watts is not legal for street use.
The Hella has very good cutoff, so the higher power bulbs don't blind other drivers (assuming your lights are properly aimed).

I have the IPF lights with an H4 low beam only 35W DDM H4 HIDs, and am extremely happy with the results. I have Rigid Dually D2s for highbeams on a separate switch if I need them, but in the tri state NY area, they are never necessary.
