Is it just me or does everybody's headlights suck. Unless the road is real dark I don't even know that there on. Whats a good replacement, any brands any suggestions.

Google Daniel Stern lighting. Get the Cibie conversion. Best money you'll spend.

Sylvania's website says that our lowbeams are H13. I don't see an H13 kit on Stern's website.

hhhmm I thought ours were H4s but I guess not......this is cut and past from the JK service manual.

ETA: I should mention that this service manual is specifically for a 2007 jk, I don't have a clue if they have changed it since I have bought my wrangler.

That's because the kit from Daniel Stern converts the JK headlamps to good quality E code Cibie headlamps with H4 Osram bulbs and a STOUT harness with relays to assure the lights get alternator voltage.

That is the best option if you have deep pockets. My $40 bucks was spent on a set of Silverstar bulbs. Much better than the yellow-ish stock bulbs.

Nope, h10/h13 are the main bulbs you need - also you can find all the bulb sizes as well as aiming instructions in the electronics forum FAQ.
