Default Headlights?

My factory headlights leave a lot to be desired! I can't afford HID but would like to replace my lights with of course better ones. I like the Delta replacement lights, but don't know if my Rugged Ridge headlight guards will work with the Delta lights. If anyone knows of another company let me know or if you know the Rugged Ridge guards will/will not work together. Advice please!

Ditch the Rugged Ridge guards. The Deltas have a built-in quad guard.

Besides which...I don't think those Rugged Ridge guards will do you much good. I broke one of the ribs off mine on Sunday. With a snow brush.

If I can snap one off with a snow brush, I don't think that they'll do much good against anything that will break that Delta lens.

Ditch the Delta lights idea and go with the Cibie e-code 7" round lights. You will be amazed at the difference. I have had both and the Deltas were a waste of money. Look on Daniel Stern's website and you will gain a wealth of information about light sources and what's good and not good.

What is the best Headlight option for the money? The brights on my JK are not very bright. The dims with the fogs on seem almost beter than the brights. Just looking for a cheap solution.

One thing I don't want for sure is the blue LED dots all over the place on that otherwise fine looking Jeep.

Run a search on Cibie European Code lights. I think you will find a cost effective alternative to HID.

LED's hurt my eyes too and don't give up much light. Show us the beam pattern / distance. Good HID's don't scatter light, cheap ones do and are illegal to boot.
