Default Headlights, I am confused. Need clarification.

I have been reading HOURS of post and I still am not crystal clear. Here are my questions:

1. IPF H4 conversion/replacement seems to be a good route, and I think Hella has a similar option? Suggestions?

2. Why does my jeep use so much gas? Why do I get so many people waving with the doors off? Where did all the dents in my skids come from?

3. Northridge has a IPF kit for $150, and IPF headlights for $68. Is the only difference one has bulbs and one doesn't?

4. I read something about an entire wire harness that wires off the battery and uses the stock harness to control the relays in the new harness. This sounds like what I had made for my XJ to run 100 watt high beams. Who makes this? Link? What is your opinions on this? Is it a slight upgrade over the IPF upgrade, or major like going from stock to IPF, then IPF to IPF with relays?

5. Why hasn't IPF fixed the plug and play adapter to not come loose? I really have no problem cutting the wires and splicing it direct. If I am doing that anyway, is there a better pig tail to buy without the other plug/adapter on it?

6. Why do the stock headlights suck so bad?

7. Why don't cows run as fast as horses?

I am willing to spend a few hundred $ for some much needed improvement. I don't think I want to spend much more than that for slight improvement.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, opinions and knowledge!

I'm thinking you don't have nearly enough money to make a cow run faster than a horse. Definitely not worth the improvement.

I have the IPF kit and am happy with it. It is much better than stock. I personally have had no issues with the harness, and wrapped mine tightly with electrical tape when I installed them. The difference with the two kits is one comes with bulbs and one doesn't. You can definitely save money by getting your own bulbs, but he ones that come with it are pretty good IMO.
