I have Hella 1000s mounted on the bumper. I love the look during the daylight hours. At night, I really don't use them much on the road in traffic because they blind other drivers. But on back country roads and off road they add quite a bit of visibility. One watch out would be this: If you run them in the rain and then you shut them off while its still raining, they will suck in moisture. I learned though, that if you just wait a day or two when the humidity is lower, then run the lights, the heat will drive out the moisture.
