Default HELP with Airbag/horn problem

O.k. I was a victim of the clunking steering wheel so I followed the "easy 5-minute" write up that is by no means hard, but takes more thought than just 5 minutes worth of mindless work. When I disconnected the steering wheel I bumped into it and turned it a rotation or 2. Then in order to put it back where it started before i bumped it i spun it...but i spun it too many times (i guess). When i put it all back together the steering clunk is gone but i think I severed the wires going to the steering wheel because the horn doesn't work and the airbag warning light is on. What should I do? Is this a hard fix? Is this an expensive fix? Should I just take it to the dealer? HELP!

i made an appointment with the dealer first thing in the morning...It just pisses me off that i tried to fix something that should have been done right in the first place and now it's gonna' probably cost me money.
