help with lights and toggle switch

Ok, i guess I shouldn't do that, so where??? I'm just talking about the wire that turns the lights on, I have the main power for the lights going through a relay and to the battery....

You should use an accessory circuit for the switch power. Use either the switched cig lighter outlet. Or use a fuse tap on an accessory circuit in the fuse box.
